He plays a pivotal role in strategic operations and overall management, ensuring efficiency across all levels of the organisation. He also serves as the Copy Chief and the primary point of contact for clients, often handling the delegation and prioritisation of tasks within the company.
Rhys is a seasoned entrepreneur, but his passion lies in SEO. In 2017, he co-founded The Copy Company, a SEO Copywriting agency. As the lead SEO strategist, he was hands-on in optimising articles, developing complex topical maps, and perfecting on-page optimisation.
During this time he formed a close relationship with several big and notable clients of The Copy Company, including Who Magazine, New Idea, and Better Home and Gardens. In collaboration with them he orchestrated an on-page SEO strategy that led to an increase of 2 million monthly visitors.
